I received these cookies as a Christmas gift and loved them! I was happy to learn they were available through Amazon. I thought I could only get them through Sam's Club of which I am not a member. I received a tin as a gift 2 years ago. I will only purchase them as a treat to myself at Christmas time because I have no restraint when eating them. Keep going back for another cookie, so the only way to discipline myself is to limit purchase to once a year.Packaging was great at extending freshness. The cookies tasted fresh and were great at satisfying my sweet tooth. The metal tins can be repurposed. Overall, such an awesome package/treat!The cans came dented and many cookies are broken into crumbs so you really cannot give them as gifts. While it is okay to consume them yourself, they are disappointing as shortbread because they are not buttery at all. I will stick to walkers and p-ridge farm chessmen from now onLOVE LOVE LOVE these cookies. If you love melt in your mouth buttery good shortbread cookies there are for you. They arrived in perfect condition I will be back for more!
